I first started practising Therapeutic Laughter in 2009. Since that first session all those years ago, I have continued to use laughter exercises and meditative techniques through the highs and inevitably gritty lows of life.
I am accredited in counselling skills and I have experience of supporting and optimising individuals' mental health. I provide 1-to-1 and small group therapeutic laughter sessions for inner healing and connection with joy. My therapeutic approach is a customised combination of counselling skills, therapeutic laughter and meditation to bring peace.
I offer workshops, talks and team-building experiences to boost mood, productivity and promote a positive and resilient midnset.
I believe that now, more so than ever, we all need to show ourselves kindness and spread joy where we can. I started LOL with Jess to share the benefits of laughter for the body, mind and soul with others.
