Busy online laughter sessions

 

Each session is thoughtfully designed to gradually build up your 'laughter toolkit'.

  • Wednesday LIVE session on Zoom 7.45am - 8am 

Focus on energising you for the day ahead, optimising productivity and giving you a feel-good boost

  • x2 recorded sessions p/week

Focus on releasing tension or stress that can build up during the day with quick and easily accesible laughter exercises

Members-only Laughter Library

  • Recorded laughter exercises from the online sessions so you can re-watch, re-use and build your 'laughter toolkit'.
  • Members-only Instagram page with extra laughter exercises, laughter news and wellbeing tips.

Membership Discounts*

  •  Discounted rates on all IRL laughter sessions by LOL with Jess including 1-to-1 sessions and private events.
  • LOL with Jess also collaborates with other practitioners to offer bespoke workshops and you can use your membership discount for these as well!
