Therapeutic Laughter is a series of laughter-stimulating exercises combined with deep breathing. It is also known as laughter yoga.
Jess is trained in counselling skills and provides a customised therapeutic approach to 1-to-1 or small group sessions for reconnecting with inner joy, healing and finding peace.
Jess started practicising laughter yoga in 2009 and is an accredited Laughter Leader. LOL with Jess aims to share the holistic benefits of laughter. Therapeutic laughter helps you lead a more fulfilled life with a positive and resilient mindset.

Jess confidently and adeptly led Year 10 through a series of laughter and mindfulness exercises. Jess was able to engage with the students and draw them into the session in an enthusiastic manner. There was a sense of fun, enjoyment but also calm in the room throughout. Jess’s approach was responsible, thoughtful and sensitive to the needs of the students all whilst maintaining high expectations of behaviour.
